Refunds, cancellations and revisions

Revisions

The plan includes the revision rounds stated at checkout. A revision round covers reasonable changes, corrections or clarifications based on the original brief you submitted.

Revisions do not include changing to a different business idea, preparing a new plan, adding a substantially different funding route, or rewriting the document because key information was missing from the original brief.

Revision requests should be sent within 7 calendar days of delivery. We aim to complete accepted revisions within 3 working days, depending on the detail required.

Cancellations and refunds

You may request cancellation before work has started. If work has not started, we will normally cancel the order and refund the payment, excluding any non-refundable payment processing charges where applicable.

Because this is a personalised digital service, refund options may be limited once work has started or the completed plan has been delivered. If there is a problem with your order, contact info@balojetwash.co.uk and we will review the issue fairly.

We do not offer refunds based on a funding, lending or investment decision, because those decisions are made by third parties and are outside our control.
